Q: What should I expect on my first walk or pet sitting service?
A: We will arrive at the scheduled time (again we operate in two hour blocks although we do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferred visit time), ready to care for your pet(s). Expect a quick meet-and-greet where we’ll check in on your pet’s needs, confirm feeding or medication instructions, and ensure they’re comfortable with our walker. You’ll receive updates and pictures at the conclusion of the visits via Time to Pet.
Q: Can I change or cancel a scheduled service?
A: Yes, we ask for a 72-hour notice for any changes or cancellation. If a service is cancelled within this time frame, a late cancellation fee may apply. We understand life happens and will do our very best to accommodate schedule changes. All deposits paid are non-refundable and will be applied to the next scheduled visits.
Q: Are your walkers insured?
A: YES! All of our walkers are insured through Fast & Furriest Paw Walkers to ensure both your pet and our team are protected. Your pet’s safety and your peace of mind are top priorities.
Q: What happens if there’s an emergency with my pet?
A: If there’s an emergency, we will immediately contact you and your designated emergency contact. We have a Veterinary Release Authorization form on file and will take your pet to your preferred vet, or the closest available clinic for treatment if needed.
Q: How do I set up recurring visits for my pet?
A: Setting up recurring visits is easy! Just let us know your pet’s schedule preferences, and we’ll set everything up in Time to Pet. You can easily update, add, or cancel services as your schedule changes.
Q: Can I add special instructions for my pet?
A: Absolutely! You can provide detailed instructions on everything from feeding to playtime in your Client and Pet Information Form. We’ll also update any changes when needed. We’re here to make sure your pet’s routine is as comfortable as possible.
Q: Are there any specific policies I should know about?
A: Yes! Our policies are outlines in our Terms and Conditions Agreement. We encourage all clients review these for important details on cancellations, payment, and pet care expectations. You can always reach out to us with questions!
